It is located on a rock at the cove -
It looks like Club Penguin decided to release a Shield pin to match the Medieval Party’s theme.

Club Penguin Wizard’s Hat Cheat

The free item of this year’s Medieval Party is a Wizard hat, located on the table of the lighthouse.

It is available both to members and non-members..
I find it great, however it is the same item as last year’s.
